Jo made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. I wasn't sure what hypnosis would be exactly but it was very relaxing. I learnt breathing exercises and how to focus on myself and just relaxed whilst listening to positive affirmations tailored to my needs, discussed with Jo at the start of each session she has a very soothing voice and left feeling positivw and relaxed. I realised that the 4 sessions had helped me to be more confident and less anxious and calm using the techniques Jo used with me.
