I had a pregnancy massage with Bonita this morning and it was AMAZING. Very relaxing but also felt like she worked out some tension in my hips and shoulders which was much needed! She was really welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. The space is gorgeous, warm and cosy. Absolutely recommend.

Came for a relaxing massage whilst on holiday. Excellent all round. Could have fallen asleep! Relaxing yet targeted on areas that needed it. Really nice balance. Would come again.

I was recommended to try the Bowen Therapy by Phil for relief of backpain I have had for 12 months. I have had numerous Physio and Chiro appointments over this period with some relief but no cure.
One Bowen treatment from Phil and the pain was dramatically reduced to the point I was able to walk long distances, up and down hill. I have had 2 more sessions since then and no longer have shoulder or hip pain.
I don't fully understand how this treatment works but it was brilliant for me.
Thank you Phil I shall be back when I am next in Braunton if I have any issues.

Jo made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. I wasn't sure what hypnosis would be exactly but it was very relaxing. I learnt breathing exercises and how to focus on myself and just relaxed whilst listening to positive affirmations tailored to my needs, discussed with Jo at the start of each session she has a very soothing voice and left feeling positivw and relaxed. I realised that the 4 sessions had helped me to be more confident and less anxious and calm using the techniques Jo used with me.
