I’ve been a customer at Hands On for more than 7 years. I normally request deep tissue massage or physio treatment for any injuries and every one of my appointments has been very positive.

When I first started seeing Phil I was struggling with several health problems: I had a lot of pain and immobility in my hips and lower back, I'd had unexplained vertigo for 9 months or so, as well as various other inflammatory and debilitating symptoms, all of which were hard to define, hard to diagnose and hard to treat. I could barely walk to the local shop and was vomiting from vertigo almost every morning. I could do pretty much nothing. I had several sessions with Phil which set off a chain reaction of improvements across all my health issues so much so that I've nearly finished completing the south west coast path this summer. A massive improvement and I'm really grateful to Phil. Great treatment, friendly professional approach. Thoroughly recommended!
