I had the Heaven Massage with Bonita today which was a mix of reflexology and a facial. She also incorporated my legs as I am 38 weeks pregnant with very sore tired legs! It was the perfect mix of everything to relax at this stage in pregnancy, she ensured I was comfortable in an upright position so it was safe for the baby and I felt completely relaxed from head to toe by the end. Would highly recommend if you are pregnant 🙂

Went to Phil with foot pain that was finally diagnosed as Archilles Tendinitus as well as plantus fascia. Phil was amazing and got me to a place where the pain was just about tolerable. Then Phil advised id probably need treatment on a bone . The treatment from Phil helped with pain management until the hospital finally diagnosed and began treating the problem.

Bowen with Phill is fantastic. He is someone who really knows what he is talking about and this treatment has made an unbelievable difference to my hips. If I understand correctly, phill has realigned my nervous system so now all my muscles activation work and rehabilitation work and weights programme has accelerated the recovery. Before I was seeing Phill, everything else wasn’t working and I was getting very frustrated and down. I have osteoarthritis and FAI in both hips and was struggling with even walking; but now now back surfing. Go for it, you will not regret it.

Jules is an exceptional therapist, i have been having treatments from her for a long time now. Massage, reiki, tapping and breathing excercises, whatever she feels my body needs, at any given time. Her knowledge is phenominal, with her kindness wrapping around you. She really is a special lady 👑

I had a pregnancy massage with Bonita this morning and it was AMAZING. Very relaxing but also felt like she worked out some tension in my hips and shoulders which was much needed! She was really welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. The space is gorgeous, warm and cosy. Absolutely recommend.

Came for a relaxing massage whilst on holiday. Excellent all round. Could have fallen asleep! Relaxing yet targeted on areas that needed it. Really nice balance. Would come again.

I was recommended to try the Bowen Therapy by Phil for relief of backpain I have had for 12 months. I have had numerous Physio and Chiro appointments over this period with some relief but no cure.
One Bowen treatment from Phil and the pain was dramatically reduced to the point I was able to walk long distances, up and down hill. I have had 2 more sessions since then and no longer have shoulder or hip pain.
I don't fully understand how this treatment works but it was brilliant for me.
